Gassers, Dragsters, Custom, and
Historically Important Cars
The annual “Indoor Car Show – Outside” will feature a prestigious selection of Customs – some designed & built in the 1950′s – other constructed within the past few years. Tom Ingram & Axle are proud to bring you these cars.
Larry Watson’s “Grapevine” 1950 Chevy. With its multi lavender colored candy paint, and its world famous lavender heart shaped “Tuck & Roll” upholstery, it won many awards in the mid 1950′s. It also kicked off Larry Watson’s hugely successful painting and movie acting career. John Denich is proud to bring us this car!
The Larry Watson ’58 Thunderbird
Larry purchased this car new towards the summer of 1957 at a dealership that received one of the first “new model” ’58 T-Birds. This was at a time when the majority of everyone had yet to see what the ’58 body style looked like. Not only was Larry Watson one of the first people in Southern California to receive a brand new ’58 T-Bird in the summer of ’57, but upon taking possession of the car, he immediately had the body customized then brought it to his shop where a multi-colored silver and candy purple paint job was applied. When his car hit the streets of Los Angeles in the fall of ’57, people literally freaked out and it even caused accidents! Roger O’Dell is kind enough to bring us this world famous, historically significant car.
Come out and see these cars and so many more!
We will show you more of our amazing car line-up in each newsletter that follows!

Farewell Old Friend

It’s time to bid farewell to our VLV Car Show mascot, The VLV ’32 Ford. We’ve all loved this car and most of you have photos next to it. But the time has come to say goodbye as she is headed to a new life in a new country.
But don’t you worry! We will be unveiling the brand new VLV signature car at the Car Show and it’s a beauty!

Don’t forget to check out our store for great deals and fun merch!
