Online: Return/Exchange policy:
A full refund will be issued to your credit card for the price of any item returned within 15 days of the purchase date and your item is in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted 15 days after your original purchase date. It may take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. Please email [email protected] to notify us of any returns, so that we may give you the proper mailing instructions.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns or exchanges.
In Store Return/Exchange policy:
A full refund will be issued in the same form of payment you used to buy the item, for the price of any item returned within 15 days of the purchase date. No returns will be taken without a receipt. and your item must be in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted 15 days after your original purchase date. It may take a few days for credit card returns to show up on your credit card account.
If you placed an order that was considered a Special Order item. No returns will be excepted for any reason.

We accept your major credit card through PayPal to process our transactions online. It is free to set up an account and then you may submit payment via your major credit card. If you do not wish to use Paypal you may call in and supply us with a credit card over the phone. (714) 744-4597.
You may order and pay by mail. Please send your inquiry via email and we will provide you with a mailing address. Personal checks will require a 7 day clearing wait.
All US orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. We offer ground, 2 day and overnight shipping.
Post Office Box Delivery:
FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please e-mail [email protected] for P.O. Box orders. These orders will be shipped via first class USPS.
For international orders we ship via USPS. Please e-mail [email protected] rates and assistance as they vary greatly for each location.
